Tom began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bucks County District Attorney's Office, where he was selected to serve in the Child Abuse Unit. In that role, he prosecuted serious criminal cases and sought justice on behalf of vulnerable victims. This early experience provided him with invaluable insight into how prosecutors evaluate, prepare, and litigate cases—knowledge that continues to benefit his criminal defense clients today.
For the past two decades, Tom has dedicated his practice to representing individuals and families throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania. His extensive courtroom experience spans criminal defense, divorce litigation, child custody disputes, support matters, Protection From Abuse proceedings, and other high-conflict family law cases.
Tom earned his Juris Doctor from the prestigious Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was a member of the nationally ranked Trial Team. During law school, he distinguished himself as a two-time Regional Champion in the highly respected National Trial Competition, one of the nation's premier advocacy competitions. His exceptional courtroom skills earned recognition from both the Center for Forensic Economic Studies and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers.
